Umm Suqeim Area Guide

Umm Suqeim is a contemporary neighbourhood located in western Dubai between Jumeirah and Al Sufouh. The area is known to be trendy and eclectic due to the presence of cafes, restaurants, attractions and beautiful homes. The properties in Umm Suqeim are almost all individual villas that don’t belong to a gated sub-community. The villas range from smaller one-bedroom homes to more extensive six-bedroom homes.
